Instruktioner Roll lamb mince into several large balls until meat is firm (use only olive oil to add firmness). Divide into two part, add feta cheese and diced olives to one half and then close the two halves. Sprinkle lightly with sea salt and pepper. Place in pan and fry at low heat until meat is slightly rose coloured, cascade rosemary over the top, add tomatoes and marrow (pre cooked) to the pan along with the lentils (pre cooked). Heat over a low heat for 5 minutes (or until tomatoes begin to open). Remove and serve... Total preparation/cooking time, 30 minutes (or one glass of white Italian wine if your choice).
